Had to work out the speed using the gear ratio's as the speedo didn't quite go that far. P.S. was in 1990 young and dumb.

jabba Member 38 Member For: 19y 6m 5d Posted 28/01/07 11:19 AM Share Posted 28/01/07 11:19 AM 275kph in my Nissan GTS-T 33.. Hit the rev limiter in top gear260kph in my BA XR8 ute... Road was a bit ruff, so I backed off.. Would of easily gone beyond 280kph←How did you get your R33 to hit 275kmh.It would of had to be fairly worked to do that and they were speed limited at 180kmh My R33 GTST was a slow heap of And an XR8 Doing 280kmh Must of been worked as well ←GTR intercooler, Hiflowed the turbo, 18psi, 3inch dump pipe and exhaust system. I cant remember the rest, it was a long time ago.. 1999 in fact..My CTS 33 was a rocket I rebuilt from the ground up from 3 wreak's and a few new parts. the car was tight as a drum when I had completed it.. and the best part was, the motor we used had only done 1500klm when they smashed the car.. I got pic if you want to see the before and after
