I think Shyfd is missing the fact the speedo would be way out at that speed. They are limited to 180 so only a 10-15% margin (very possible) could give the 200+ reading.....

As for GinjaNinja doing 260+ on the M1 is not streed-cred - more plain stupidity and adds to the reason why Fords/Holdens unfortunately have the idiot "revhead" image Leave that stuff on the race track or private roads.

Speedo reads 200km/h @ 4th gear, 5000rpm, into 5th at 6000rpm @ 210km/h, so yes the magic wire is probabty giving out the false reading (So it gives the cops themselves the false sensation of having a true highway cruiser), great, so we've all spent money buying a "performance" car that can only travel up to 180km/hI

can do faster than that in my 6 speed manual mazda sp25 c'mon guys we all know it's bullsh1t those T's are more than capable of doing more than 200, even the vy utes have a top speed of 270

And yes, freeway runs are bad mmmmkay the only reason why folks used to do it is simply because you cannot drive a car to it's full capacity on the street or on the track, as much as you can hammer your car on the track it cannot possibly perform at it's fullest, the only place left is the freeway

I have since retreated the T back onto daily drive "overtaking duties" only

I have seen 210 on my GPS in my stock BF2 Update (Ex Hwy from Benalla (H72))

It revs over 2k or whatever in park too, apparently never been tuned, but who knows.

225 in my Expensive Daewoo 03 ecotec v6 ute 5 speed, stage 3 cam and tune 143rwkw 360n run out of rpm's

220+ vr v8 wagon auto and a very long straight went off the clock than a nother 500rpm or so

and my goal for the xr6 once I get it tinker'd with 326/200mph just not sure how stable it will be this is supercar speeds.

my vids are on utube good for a laughf. the way I see it the police wont have any prof to charge me I reckon were safe to compare on this site .but a lot of people do seem worryed telling there tails ive hurd of people recording them self doing this on bikes and getting done years later anyone else seen this, doing 200mph+ on public roads with traffic is probly enough to get the police's attention
