Hi ktford, I have been taking a break from the forum, very busy time at work etc.

I am thinking about the next step to take, but no final decision yet - mayme Unichip, maybe chiptorque XEDE, maybe GT or FPV F6, time will tell!!

I have the following mods at the moment:

Xede module

3" hi flow exhaust and cat

K&N Filter

Cold air intake (under LH headlight)

On order:

New injectors

Fuel pump

Only recently went with the Xede, and previously used the CAPA stage 1 kit, which was OK as a start, but the Xede gives a more refined drive, and more options to trim the way the car behaves, not only at full throttle, but also around town on light to medium throttle.

HI Ninka,

I'd be interested to chat with you in relation to what Pump you'll use. Any ideas yet or have you already made up your mind?

I've been running a unichip in my auto Ute for about 6 months and have to say it's great. in 2 drags I've had recently with "pursuit" 290kw utes, we are door to door all the way.. :spit: puts a smile on my face considering all I have done is the unichip and how much less my ute cost than a "pursuit"

Drivability is great and fuel economy seems much the same as before.

The quality of the install could have been slightly better, but once I fixed that. all smiles. :spoton:

This thread seems to be way out of date and in need of a complete upgrade. Might as well start a new thread. Who can summerise the current situation for us?

Seems things are changing so fast, it's hard to keep up, but if I may be so bold:

EDIT.......$1300

followed By, Walbro pump ?~$300

followed by 968 bosch inj ~ $700

followed by custom tune ~$300

followed by Valve springs ~?? dunno....

I guess for ~$3000 you're looking at something dam pretty quick without going silly....
