Hello every1 :)

Well back in April I had the Nizpro edit aand injectors done... end result was 270rwkw which im very happy with.. only managed to get it out to calder last week and had 3 runs all pretty crap :(

1. 13.2 @ 111mph

2. 13.8 @ 109mph

3. 13.6 @ 109mph

now all my 60ft times were dodgy all around the 2.5, 2.6 secs mark

Im going to get the wog cooler and gut the cat.. how much more power should I get with these modifications?

Should I take the car back to nizpro after I get the intercooler and gut the cat?

Mark

You'll also need a healthy bank balance if the authorities bust you with a gutted cat. :pinch:

Why not just fit a hi-flo cat, they're not that expensive.

Yes you should...

I have Nizpro Injectors, Valve Springs and Edit and when I added a 3.5" metal cat and the typhoon intercooler I was in need of re-tune...

Upper in the rev range it had a slight rattle... after the re-tune all fixed :msm:

Jack :pinch:

Edit-I'm with Bugster here too... it is a $10,000 on the spot fine if you are found to be running a gutted cat... no if's or but's...

Not to mention the fact that EPA can test for lack of cat and give you the fine on the spot :msm:

No, it's a max fine of 10,000. Expect to cop that on third offence.

asromanut, are you a cog swapper, if so the times are not a disaster. If you are Auto.... mid 12's should be a certainty

mate with that power u should be in the mid 12's easily.. ive done what u are doing and I got 287.kwrw at nizpro mines 4speed auto.

wog cooler

tune

3 1/2 inch custom exhuast and cat

valve springs

injectors

I ran the car 2 months back ran a 12,4 114 mph but that was with the standed cooler and standed gearbox and also 19inch street tyres. could have gotten a better time I think but the tranni wasnt holding up at the time.
