spose ya have got a point there - but it aint against the law to use the "fog" lights is it - btw sundeep if ya get under the front bumper and screw the adjuster right down the fog lights point at the ground give ya better light and ya dont annoy every other car that is around you

Yeah it is...unless you're driving in "inclement conditions" or something.

Depends on what state you're driving in as to the level it's enforced though.

The copper himself called them driving lights.

Is it illegal to have your headlights off (parkers on) with the driving lights going as well?

Seriously...they are not driving lights. They are fog lights, designed to operate with the parkers only so that the light pattern spreads under the fog - not shining straight in to it.

If you have true driving lights running with low-beam then you're committing an offence as well, they should only operate in tandem with high-beam and obviously not be used in the vicinity of other vehicles. So either way you're f*cked.

Yes, they are illegal, and yes you will get pulled over for it! Simple as that, the three boys in blue we currently have on here have confirmed it, and I can vouch for being pulled over for it.

Just turn them off! (unless it's exceptionally foggy!)

*feck, am I that old and 'wise' already?*
