Weren't those Nankangs stuffed a couple of months ago? We should try putting a get together on shortly!

A set of valve springs and injectors (just to be sure) will sort out that top end quick smart, once finances allow... Installing those would allow you to basically leave everything as is, but from 4500 - 6000 rpm increase the boost a tiny bit and see another 25kw gain... That would definately get rid of the whole, "Oh, its running out of puff" feeling you get at the top end, even though you have another number to pass on the tacho...

This feeling is even more pronounced because wog has produced, yet again, five billion newtons from about three RPM...

Daryl

Is your car using a 1/3 more fuel after the edit? Im getting about 280km out of a tank now.

I have been a bit spirited in the T but even putt-ing around it uses heaps more fuel. Have you seen a difference?

Those Nankangs got finished nicely.

Hope your kidding  I am getting ~ 350- 400ks per tank in stop start Sydney traffic, with a few spirited bursts when traffic allows. My car runs rich as, with the larger 968 squirters @ 312 rwkw. All I can say is that you must be belting the bears off it :geek:
