The back of the pack specifically mentions the XR6T and Ford V8s, and it's the stuff they use in the V8 supercars.My general rule of thumb is take the manufacturer recommendation, then do it twice as often (half intervals). It is a : Full Synthetic Limited Slip rear Axle Oil.Upgraded formulation - no additional additives required.Some Oils need 40ml of Friction modifier added, but not this stuff.Paid 20 Dollars per litre @ the Castrol depot .
