Me, I used to be charged out at $220 an hour (god I wish it came to me) so I always pay people for stuff that takes skill. It does cost me, but funnily enough most of the time when I get something done, it works first time, every time. It's amazing the extra level of service you get when you slip the guy an extra $20 every so often for beer money.
