I wouldn't be using them for track days on an 8 inch rim. Can't see an issue with straight line stuff though.

Nor would I, not even on a 9" rim.

They are NOT a circuit race tyre.

They are a street legal radial tyre made of soft drag race tyre compound rubber.

It has been said before....

these tyres may be street legal, but they do NOT adhere in the wet.

They DO aquaplane easily with water on the road.

And I have NO idea what they would be like on a dry race circuit.

I would suspect they would over heat very quickly, as they are not primarily designed for prolonged use ......

. just 11 seconds at a time.... :crybaby:

If you look at an 8" rim an 9" rim next to each other fitted with the MT, you will agree with me..

Oh, and you need every damn .005 you can get !!!!!!!!!! :fool:

Yes, ofcourse.

Sorry... The point I was trying to make is I wouldn't be using any tyre, not just the M/Ts, of that width on stock 8" rims on a circuit, or any 'corners' for that matter. They would roll and pitch on the rim... Bad karma
