Blowute Member 56 Member For: 19y 4m 14d Location: Brisbane Posted 27/07/06 06:18 AM Share Posted 27/07/06 06:18 AM I know how it feels losing a collet, it sucks bad. I dropped one down an oil gallery straight into the sump, on spring number 24, back corner. Yes I was fkn angry. Luckily I got a magnet tool right down into there and fluked my arse off getting it out! Any one else attemptting doing the valve springs, do yourself a favour and stick plenty of rags into every oil gallery on the head.
