Hi Guys

I have just purchased a FPV Momo steering wheel

for my BF Phoon and wonder if anyone knows what

the process is to remove the existing wheel and reinstall

the airbag electrics etc. Are there any watchout fors?

This appears to be scary as I have hear horror stories concerning

airbags. I'm not refering to my" handbrake" :spoton:

Can anyone help with this enquiry :stirthepot:

You need to do a search as there was a step by step.

The most important thing is to ensure the battery is disconnected and that you have drained all the power from the electrics by flashing lights and turning things on.

You will need a Torx head to remove the horn cover / airbag and a wheel puller to remove the wheel.

I think a Ford dealer has charged about $75 in the past to do it for other members, so if you are not a mechanically minded person with the above tools, it could be a good option.
