Big Improvement over the VY-VZ as far as looks go. I have to admit, I like it as well. Very, very nice indeed. Be interested in taking one for a spin just for curiosity. Only thing about the interior (SS) I don't like is the 2 tone dash (rest is fine). The Calais interior looks very nice. :crybaby:

Not too bad. Very Euro and I think they look a bit high but they might steal some early sales away. I think the old engines and 200+kg will see Ford win in the long run...

Agreed, will be interesting to see the power output of the HSV's and just how far they will go over the 300 KW mark they will go to take care of the extra weight.Hopefully not so much as to get that cranker Scruby and cronies all fired up.

I tip ~ the 330kw mark for the GTS , with more in reserve to combat the 2008 Falcon :msm: At least the Phoons will be able to be easily tweaked at the factory to keep the bastards honest :fool:

Unless the GT gets a blower son , the other mob are going to snare more V8 sales :nono:

Not really Jules it only cost $2k to get 330 klw out of a GT and a HSV will NEVER be a GT :msm:

Will be intersting to see how the extra weight will effect the HSV's if they dont up the klw's

At the end of the day I would'nt p1ss on a Expensive Daewoo anyway :pooh:

No offence buddy but the over weight, over priced GT is the slowest "high performance" Ford in the current stable... a cheaper, more agile stock, XR6T beats it everytime.

Heck an older VX-VY SS will beat it let alone an HSV. I think you need to get over your complex and buy a real FPV performer... a phoon!

The major concern is $8 per litre for the oil :spoton:
