It's completely defeatest to use that rationale... as where does it stop? It doesn't and can't... if killing off detractors is the only way to get your point across then you are no better than the mate we all have who wants to fight at the drop of a hat... it never makes things better, it only ever makes things worse.

Firstly I'm am a Greek Australian.

Secondly I lose my marbles and I kindnapp American Soldiers and launch a few rockets! Then it's OK for America to bomb Australian Airports etc as well as Greek Busses PLEASE EXPLAIN THE LOGIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do I represent Australia???????????? Or Greece for that fact????????????

Back on topic, who cares who is going to reign supreme over the other? Both sides loose no matter which side comes out on top.

In my opinion, I do not think it really matters in the end who comes out on top because there will always be fighting in that region of the world primarily based upon religion. All we have to do is look at what history has already shown us.

That's another interesting point. It's a misnomer, if anything it should be American-Africans but to be honest, If I was a negro in the states I would want to completely divorce myself from what 'America' did to my forebears for 300 years prior

Remember many Euro-Australian's have only come out to Australia AFTER the second world war, which isn't that long ago and as such Greek Australian and Italian Australians are a completly differnt story, I grew up with Italian Australian's and my sister in law is greek-australian and in both cases they are more Greek or Italian than the Greek's in Greece and the Italians in Italy!

They have maintained their heritage to such an extent that Italian/Greek is still their first language however they also assimilated into Australian culture at the same time, with all the abuse heaped upon the New Australians. I've said it many times before, the proudest Aussies I know are first or second generation 'wogs'.

It's a contrast to other cultures in Australia, who through public opinion and official government proceedure have become ghettoed and maintain their culture but do not have the facilities nor the inclination to assimilate.

But as you said Newl, this is not the case at hand and I'm sorry to have digressed.

I am a born and breed Australian I respect this and the Country above all, but this does not meen I should forget my roots!!!!!!!!

The only reason I stated my personal status is so I can clarify that I have nothin to do with either party (neutral) that is.
