Ladies and Gentlemen...and Melbournians,

If you put down 25000km per year in your T and compare the 2 prices above the difference is about $670 a year. I put it to you that the price of the 6cyl Aussie-built cars, particularly 2nd hand has come down far more than this. I mean over 5 years this extra fuel price will cost ya $3300 but considering you can get massive discounts on, say, 380s these days - is it really that bad? Shave $4000 off a new 380 would account for the increase fuel price more or less.

Payed a 154.9/L the other night while I was filling up I was wondering why they still use the .whatever, the fluckulations are up and down in the 10c region now why other than making the cent look smaller do they still use it....

Retailers charging things with a 9 on the end is my pet hate coz the retailer is trying to decieve the customer, fool them into believing 154.9 is cheaper than 155 when they are 99.94% the same.

I can understand a retailer wanting to make $1000 into $999...but charging $234.95 instead of $235 makes no fuucking difference.

And used car sellers, who are they fooling with $17,990 - its fuucking $18,000, stop trying to deceive ppl.

Nothing deceptive about it if the punter can't tell the difference between $7.99 and $8.00 well more fool them for being sucked in because it is less than $8.00
