Five year term.Increase of another sickday without certificate (4days).and retrenchment payout increased to 17years of service from 15year cut off.O/T stays as time and a half for the first 3 hours, Double for 2 hours then back to time and a half for the next 3 hours.Pretty sure this one will go through.
