You will pay top bucks for top people and bugger all for idiots. If you dont like what you are getting paid, SIMPLE - Go find another job. If you cant find one then you are probably getting overpaid on the job you have now. SIMPLE.. Australia is suffering from the greatest skills shortage it has ever experienced since the snowy mountains scheme... If a bloke wants to work hard and get ahead, or if another person wants to study and improved there knowledge and skills, they are obviously much more valuable than someone who turns up 9 to 5 and whinges and bludges, cause the bosses worked hard to create there business, or work hard to encourage and maintain more business and get shiat thrown at them when they buy a new car????Come down to earth you people that believe you are worth more than the boss is paying you, go ask for more or change companies, or find out just how good you really are and start your own business .. Then really on yourself to make more money, and then employ people that hate you and whinge about you when you buy a new car.....This country is long overdue to cull some dead wood, and good ridance to it.And Dags, if your boss found out how much time you spend plaguerising the internet he would realise he is probably paying you waaaayyy too much already.... Telstra do not have ANY call centers in India, sales, support or otherwise.←that's funny I sold mobiles for telsta for 3 years and when I needed to do mobile connections the overflow went to india. My brother inlaw works for IBm and has just lost his job due to his department being moved to ballarat and the rest been taken over in india. My friend work in it support for IBM she just lost her job as support is now outsourcedby india. Maybe you should talk to the people losing their jobs instead of what you read.
