Good day at Heatcote with the boys,congradulations to Icemybutt formally known as Link on his 11.3 pass with only 306 rwklw and Sutty's 11.5 with only 308 rwklw while just a whisker off your PB and with the extra MPH your car is producing your best is yet to come :msm:

ICE-MY-BUTT :kissmy::stirthepot:

The man formerly known as Link had a good day. Thanks heaps to Craig for his wise words of wisdom on helping me launch the C9. The new gearbox setup is just AWESOME!

I know the car has some more in it - probably not a 10 sec pass with the current power - maybe if I was to get the car tuned for better fuel than pump 98.

I am a fraction disappointed that I didnt better Goldbullets time of 11.35 - but I am only 0.3 off it - so we will see if WSID can get me across the line.

What a great weekend - especially getting to drive the car home in one piece. Great to get to hang with so many cool guys and their rides! Thanks also to Sutty and Heath (Phase 3 ute) for keeping me on my toes with the racing.

Cheers,

Phil :spoton:

great effort as well, I would also liked to have seen a better time but it was'nt meant to be on sunday, im told now that I need front runners for my slicks, that's why it was unstable :spoton: .

All in all enjoyed the company of all and it was great to meet you guys and look forward to next time

Hey Ford Number 1,

Didnt run with the MRT tune as when we ran it up on the dyno at HPF and the tune was seriously RICH - AFRs off the scale. I decided to get HPF to re-tune as well as fit some valve springs and a surge tank.

The end result was the same power output as before - just not so much fuel.

Yeah - I will look forward to WSID in the very near future!
