just done a quick search on installing valve springs and couldnt find anything. how hard are they to put in is it just a matter of taking the rocker cover off and there they are or does the head need to be removed

They can be done with the head on but I would not attempt them unless your familair with doing springs on the Barra engine.You need the right tools as well.and a compressor.
