If you can hear pinging then its really really serious as most light pinging isnt even loud enough to hear Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/26667-post-edit-concerns/page/3/#findComment-403379 Share on other sites

I'm contacting the tuner to get this issue resolved. Until then I'm not taking this beast over 3000 revs may have to put the valet mode. ←Just dont floor it... its when the motors under load that its detonating... id say its fine if you just cruise around normally for the time being Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/26667-post-edit-concerns/page/3/#findComment-403380 Share on other sites

And it's pinking afik.. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/26667-post-edit-concerns/page/3/#findComment-403388 Share on other sites

It would be worth while taking the car back the the tuner, getting them to hook a fuel pressure gauge up and observing the fuel pressure. Posted 07/07/06 10:58 AM Share Posted 07/07/06 10:58 AM I'm sure intune would be more than happy to just put out 2 degrees of timing from 2500 to 4000rpm for you, that's probably all it will take, and you'll barely notice the power difference...
