The price I got for the Pov pack with tint, mats spats, paint, headlight cover and carry bars was $47100.They certainly do have some room to move on price. Alpine Member 27 Member For: 17y 9m 25d Posted 01/06/07 01:05 PM Share Posted 01/06/07 01:05 PM I have had a drive of a mate's Terri Turbo and my impressions were overall extremely favorable. The thing that grabbed me instantly was the acceleration and responsiveness - damn addictive. For a near 2 ton SUV, the engine just shrugs off its weight and bolts off. It isn't as quiet as I thought it would be - you can certainly hear the engine and turbo working up front...and that's not a bad thing at all. We overtook a car like it was standing still, hahaha. Yes, the acceleration is very very creamy indeed. Love it. It's a smooth kind of acceleration which just keeps building up and it seems to go on forever. The second thing that grabbed me was the handling. Again, for a big SUV, the ride was very sporty and handled like a go-kart. This was very surprising as I thought it would be alot softer than it was. I suspect this could work against it when doing some off-road work like rough dirt tracks or soft sand on the beach, as harder riding suspension would make the ride off-road rather uncomfortable...but on the tarmac it would be very entertaining indeed. As for the rest of the package, it's very well thought out. Lots of storage places and practical cubby holes. Very roomy and also the SUV looks good, subtle yet stunning. Probably the only negative thing I could say about it is it is rather heavy on the fuel if you drive it like a bat out of hell. For an SUV, if you're going on a road trip you'd want some decent mileage out of a full tank, and if you're behind the wheel of a Terri Turbo, the temptation to floor that throttle is simply too much to resist...hence the slurping of fuel and reducing your mileage considerably.
