What Warranty Work Have You Had Done

day I got mine the bonnet latch broke, also had the diff replaced due to excessive backlash and broken mount

had mine in yesterday.. BA mk2 5000k's old, Fuel guage sender was "open circuit"

Front passinger side headlight foggs up at night (replaced.

Other than that, they washed my car and vacced in side.

problems I need to get fixed I forgot about... sticker in engine bay pealing. and very small viabration (possibly tyres)

visit 1: sinclair ford: squeeky rear suspension.

visit 2: sinclair ford: squeeky rear suspension.

visit 6: sinclair ford: squeeky rear suspension (fixed). brake shudder (fixed).

visit 7: peter warren ford (you notice ive changed dealerships): exhaust problem, note changing.

visit 8: peter warren ford: exhaust problem, note changing. drivers seat belt not retracting (fixed-ish, not replaced). air-con vent noise.

visit 9: peter warren ford: exhaust problem, note changing (fixed). diff clunk.

visit 10 (the next day after visit 9): peter warren ford: diff clunk (fixed, two new tailshafts). handbrake adjusted (at visit 9) so tight the rear brakes locked on and had to be towed back to service department (fixed).

The only thing so far that warranty has knocked me back on is a new Dash pad because I think the original is slightly lifting in the middle (does any one else have this problem??)

The car is less than 12 months old so time will tell on the Dash pad. Overall I am happy SOOO FAR

Sub X2 replaced

Steering creak

Diff whine.. Not replaced "NORMAL"

Tail shaft vibration.. Sorta fixed

Tail shaft vibration.. Not fixed but putting up with it untill whine gets worse

Brake shudder X2 machined fixed for now.

Idler pully squeek.. Sorta fixed by but now bearing noise

Bumper bar buldge (near number plate) fixed

But still love to drive the T

when you guys say sticker in engine bay peeling, is that the one one the underside if the bonnet? Showing the belt drives I think, well I found that one in my airbox when changing my filter.

I'm waiting for a new rocker cover to come from Mexico, as mine has a paint defect.

Same one as mine...

Obviously the whole batch of stickers are "not sticky"

I forgot to mention it when I was there however...

I had no idea you can get badges and brake pads replaced, I put mine in for the following!

sticker around gear stick was bubbling

passenger side window( MORE THEN ONCE)

brake shudders, which they "didn't get time to do"

diff center bearing

Turbo was only boosting 3.5psi waste gauge half open or something!

it goes in monday to fix what they brok when fixing the diff. which is shockies

has to get the brake shudders fixed, which now that I no you can get brakes on warranty caused my brakes to go dodgy cos of my high way driving..

My passenger side fog light dont work either, can that be replaced, also the Xr6 badges on side skirts peeled to new ones!!

that's all I can think of, But they flagged for the diff thing, but I can honestly say I done nothing that would cause a diff to brake in my car, I race ppl now and then. and drive on highway alot, dont do burn outs..

just got the car back then from ford to get my clutch fixed. 2nd gear is rough and hard to change in and out of. they said they fixed it but its still the same and hasnt changed . it still has to go back to them some time soon.
