Fat-Tony Member 5,364 Member For: 18y 10m 6d Posted 01/07/06 11:47 PM Author Share Posted 01/07/06 11:47 PM I find that the traction control dont do much at lower engine speeds and part throttle, its only when you really get the pedel to the floor that it cuts engine power
Guest newl Guests Posted 02/07/06 01:10 AM Share Posted 02/07/06 01:10 AM Try turning of traction control and come out of a car wash with wax all over your tyres.←Car wash!? Never in a million years.Back on topic though, if it's wet, the TC always stays on and yes it'll still slip a little.

turbo_nick some guy... Member 277 Member For: 22y 3m 13d Posted 02/07/06 06:07 AM Share Posted 02/07/06 06:07 AM just went for a drive, its a little wet outside, and just on a short drive to go get some noodles and back, I must have had to catch the steering wheel atleast 10 times, some delibrate most times not. My car is a BF ute, t56, 2nd cai, bmc filter, centre muff removed and that's it. The thing spins at a drop of a hat, and that's just sfa throttle and anything above 2000rpm in any 1,2,3, or 4th gear. How do yous handle 300+ rwkw in the wet with cars that should have way better response than mine.←What tyre size and brand/pattern are you running on the back?I just drive it off boost... and with the traction control on... anything over 2500rpm in 1st through 5th gets the traction control cutting in...Jack ←20s aren't really known for their straight-line grip hehe

I must say roundabouts have been interesting today, anybody watching would think im an absolute fool, ITS THE CAR I TELL YA HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN
