The cutting you will have to do, will be minimal, it would be grinding back part of the folded lip on the edge of the bumper bar, hence not effecting structial regidity and only being something minor an engineer would not even bother to look at it I have done far worse things to previous cars which were engineered and none of that was warrented to be looked at for the purposes of engineering Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
