I realy think that for the small price of the re tune ,relative to the price of an injury to your motor, better to be safe than sorry. Better still give your respective tuner a call and get their oppinion

no instructions

there are 2 holes in the radiator suport bracket the oil cooler brakets come out of they line up so get your self 2 35-49mm long bolts and bolt it in

What a bitch. Upper brackets were no issue, lower brackets I had zero luck with, just couldnt get the holes quite right in line..

Doesnt help weenie pics in the instructions...any better pics of the lower brackets installed in the forum some place? The bracket with the slight right angle bend, is that the drivers side one (the 'extra' bend as in the instuctions?). Does the 'right angle' but go on the bolt end or the car end? Couple of bigger pics and I couldve told myself this!

Also.....I will NEVER attempt to remove the upper IC hose again....cant believe the amount of effort and yanking to get the bastard off...lower hose was fine.

Couple of things I noticed in my travels...the metal piping which runs under the drivers headlight, does that have like a support at the front of the engine block? Couldnt get my hand in but noticed a loose looking hose clamp sitting down there on it?

I'll check again this weekend and want to check the I/C to turbo hose on the turbo end, couldnt get the mitt in there either. Some of you guys must have small hands or sh*t hot handcream :)

yeh I did mine a few weeks ago it took me ages to line up the brackets you need 2 people so one can hold in place and other can line up brackets idont tighten the brackets to the cooler leave a bit of movement then fit bottom ones and then top ones to car just get each one started dont tighten one at a time I had to do each one a little bit at a time to get it sittin in the right place and to get it level so it looks good from the front of the car

some guys on here say its a piss easy job I'm no mechanic but I know my basics and it took a lot of patience to get it right
