slippunchdump Member 116 Member For: 18y 8m 26d Gender: Male Posted 16/04/07 12:31 AM Share Posted 16/04/07 12:31 AM I have a wog cooler that has been sitting in the garage. I want to fit it but don't want to pay for a retune just yet because I want to get some other go fast bits. The car has edit, injectors and 2nd CAI ATM. Can I fit the cooler and drive it around for a couple of months or should I just wait and fit it with the retune ?

So fitting the wog cooler does not muck up your current tune?
Fat-Tony Member 5,364 Member For: 18y 9m 25d Posted 16/04/07 03:32 AM Share Posted 16/04/07 03:32 AM (edited) No it shouldn't, the intercooler allows your inlet temps to be a lot more consistent as I have measured, the stock cooler does quite a decent job of cooling charge air but can't do it for very long...The restrictive stock pipe work is still part of your inlet so hence not stuffing up your tune. I'm just spewing I haven't put the cooler to use already. Will there be a noticeable difference straight afer fitting it or will you only see a difference after a retune?
