Ahhhhh I was so keen for the Whiteline after reading this thread but I just got quoted $174 for the bar and $90 to have it fitted up here in Townsville. Damn North Queensland!  :spoton:

Cheers

Just ordered mine today, through my local mechanic for $150 including fitting for the 27mm non-adjustable front swaybar, if you buy it through the net its $164 and you also pay for shipping and then fitment. Try and see if you can get it at the trade price and fit it yourself. My local bloke ordered it through Repco.

Im in Sydney, so im sure your going to pay somewhat more that far North.

Got my 27mm front, and 22mm rear whiteline adjustable swaybars done yesterday (Wed), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both are set on the softer of the two settings at the moment, though I may move the front one to the stiffer setting.

Cornering is so much improved, it's fantastic. Coupled with the Bilsteins, I reckon this is the best handling I could squeeze out of the car, with the exception of going for a full coilover setup.

I can now test the limits of the Michelin PS2s without worrying about flipping onto the roof. Great stuff.

I got my front 27mm bar from Autobarn for $130. Took me an hour to fit including cup of tea and bickies, saying good night to the kids, and a bloody good test drive. What a great mod.

Jim from C&V returned  my call this afternoon, He quoted me $1550 for Bilsteins all round and whiteline sway bars front and back, fitted. Very tempted

He also sugested Teins coilovers for $2800, I wish :fool:

Yes I think Tein are the way to go and add $600 and you can electronically change settings from inside car. Big bickies but worth it if you are spending big dollars on HP.

Whats the part number of the sway bars you guys have fitted? There seems to be a few different ones listed on th Whiteline website ie adj, h/huty, x h/duty.

Thanks, :spit:

27mm front swaybar fitted today. Just what the car needed, more direct in pointing and shooting the nose into and out of corners, but I have also just realised how loose the rear end is. At times it feels like its going to run over the top of me, so I will be getting the back done soon.

What a great little cheap mod.
