Was going to edit my post earlier to add the fresh cracked pepper

Bacon is a given with anything ;)

Fresh corn on the cob with the above mentioned butter and pepper and a side of bacon and now we're getting there

BBQ sauce can take a big leap direct to the trash though - vile stuff

BBQ sauce other than on ribs is all manner of wrong IMO

Prefer Takatala as a compromise if you must use shop rubbish.

Slow cooked ribs ,corn on the cob and roasted kipfler spuds for a footy finals snack

Love my chilli sauces

Surprised myself the other day with this one

http://www.masterfoods.com.au/sauces/flavoured-sauces/mexican-tomato-sauce-limited-edition/

Best tasting supermarket tomato sauce I've ever had - no heat at all, but adds a great pepper taste. Will have to get a couple more bottles before they run out/stop them.

Great brekkies and lunches and some with bacon to boot FTW

Eye fillet and baked potato.. Simple and tasty..

On that note my usual method for cooking eye fillet doesn't work in the scan pan.. Must retain too much heat and it burnt the base of the steak when it went into the oven.. Ended up with a medium to medium well steak instead of the medium to rare I'd usually cook..
