Bought a steak for J@ and the boys for tonight....

Medium Rare / Medium cook the whole way through...

Garlic Butter corn, mash taters and a home made mushroom sauce on the side... 

(Was gonna do roast honey carrots but forgot them so quick carrots peas and corn got the call up 😂😂

BBQ day tomorrow - fresh venison, wings, kranskies etc - hopefully get some pics before it's all eaten.

Had family over for Williams 5th birthday.

Made some fruit platters, cold meat spread (what you don’t see are the rolls on a bread board off to the side so people can make their own), a birthday cake... and of course got some of the families favourite canoli. 
what else could you want for a wog family lunch. 
 

Then also cooked home made sauce since 9am this morning so we had pasta for dinner with pork and beef.
