It's a great dish!

 

Nutritionally dense af and good macros if a little high in fat. Another good part is you can double the recipe or so and freeze it for months. Pull it out the freezer and into the microwave and a few beeps later you got food. Add bread and you're set!

Same here only thing is I have to dish up the family first then mine...........EXTRA chilli for me.

I've checked it every half hour and added another 2 cups of water in total. I guess the borlotti beans are soaking it all up as they are a bit bigger than the black beans.

Would try, but off the carbs for a while as of yesterday.

 

Steak, bacon and eggs for the foreseeable future lol.
