Went to shops to buy ham and cheese and crumbs to make chicken codonbleau for dinner (ham cheese stuffed chicken)

Realised I got out tenders not breasts...

So flipped it... crumbed the tenders wrapped in the ham and cheese...

Yummmmmm

crispy roast patatos... first half/semi boil patatos, then remove from pot and put in roasting dish, prefect crispy roast patatos every time, give it a go

Very true... but if u make a note of draining the water and then shaking the potatoes around in the empty pot it roughs up the skins and then put in a tray and cover with olive oil... yumm
