Lol nothing worse than fckin dry steak. Oil + salt + pepper the outside, 2-3mins each side on the stove. Foil over top and cover handle too. 7mins in the oven at 200. Leave covered for another 7mins. Perfect...so good, don't even have any sauce

Pretty much what I do Shy :) Tastes good.

I tried cooking it in the foil with honey once.... only once...

I've never heard of anyone cooking their steak in the oven before. Then again I cook almost everything on the BBQ. Cook it on the grill till you see the blood come through, then flip it and leave it for a minute or so. MMMMMM also made my own garlic butter freeze. Adds a nice touch I reckon.

4" thick whaaatttt lol fark that!

Do try it rb..super easy. Also take out the meat before cooking and bring to room temp. All you have to do is seal the outside for couple mins each side, the rib eye that's been in the freezer for awhile I can finally cook! Weekend :)

Fluff..recipe of these cupcakes? Must be pretty darn good if you make them so damn often lol
