Its not really a cannon. Its the Xforce 3.5inch system. Ive raised the rear section up a bit since those pics.

Only just started playing with DSLR cameras. Pick up a new lens tonight so ill get more soon.

What lens/settings did you use on your camera for these? Also did you use the camera flash or a speedlight?

Sensational shots! I got the hard task of trying to make black look good

Camera is Nikon D3100. Those shots were with the kit lens 18-55mm. Picking up a 50mm prime lens tonight hopefully.

Settings is 100 iso , F9, 30seconds exposure time and of course a tripod.

Ive tried shooting a black car like this, very hard to get the right shot. A friend can get good pics of his black xr50t ute with his canon camera.

No flash or speedlight. Just a LED Lensar head mounted led torch I was holding in my hand. Its quite powerful and has a beam you can focus. I had it sitting at home so decided to give it a go. Ideally id like a slightly more powerful light.
