Got a build thread?Nar, no build thread, started some on other forums but fell behind and did'nt get enough pics. Yeah it's bf dohc, using a vi-pec v88 to run it. Made lots of mistakes along the way and it's no where near completed, fist donk had a poor rebore and hone job done on it, burnt about a litre of oil per hour, so that sitting in the shed, second one got bored and honed plus slight deck up in ayr, spool rods, cp's and all the rest, still have to do a few more bits to the donk. And are you keeping the vct? Zf, 4 speed, or manual? Seen a fair few turbo e series bit usually have an older sohc donk.Edit: sorry missed the bit about the ecu in your post, so is that ecu able to run the vct or is it disabled? Since then I converted my car to gas and have given it to my father to tow the boat.Car has been running for 5 years with the turbo without fault.
