 Forget it

Some good options for ~$100 or less if you are prepared to give up an hour of your time.

Well, I made a Typhoon style CAI (before the Typhoon was even around) from a piece of 90 mm storwater drain pipe, warmed and flattened to go under the lhs headlight, and flared to rivet one end to the airbox.

All that was left was then to make a big hole in the front of the airbox, and tidy everything up, and all up it would not have cost me $20 for the job, plus a couple of hours work :spoton:

I ran my setup to 280 rwkw, so unless you plan to go way beond this, I do not see a good reason to do the SS intake.

Up to you I guess, but I think you are wasting your money

Its easy to get a one of cool run on the dyno but I personaly feel a good induction system, what ever it may be will give you better sustained power. Much like a good intercooler.
