Pelican Im not canning your experiences but 'emotional' and subjective are very similar. And emotional comes in the two forms positive AND negative. The mind-o-meter can often calibrate itself to convincing oneself one has made a worthwhile investment.

I read the implication in there that robit28's was fake due to his issues...Im not sure he'll relate to that. My own experience wasnt with the T, it was with my VX SS. Mine, like many of these kits, ended up in the trash. They were nastily put together, and ineffective. If they'd tested mine on an SS it surely was purely for FIT and not much else. It was an effective, measurable restriction on intake. The concept is great, but poorly executed. Their throttle bodies on the LS1 are also questionable in quality , it isnt an isolated thing.

From what I've heard their product quality has improved, but I havent seen it translated yet into measurable results above much cheaper investments.

I wished wished wished I hadnt wasted my money on mine, fact is if forums such as this were as popular four years ago I couldve done a little research and bought something else more effective for 1/10 of the cost.

Im not closed minded, but I'd be hesitant to shop SS Inductions products myself after having my wallet reamed.

My opinions and experience only. Just another to add to the thread.

I bought on of the very early ones and it colapsed on me. When I rang them they said they knew nothing about any problems with them. (That may have been true back then)

Anyway off it came and now sits in my shed gathering dust, It is a very expensive dust collector.

Ditto Dean, waste of $400 IMO POS.... but that said it did it's job for a few weeks

Guys,

As I've said in different ways.... EACH TO HIS OWN....

We've heard many stories good and bad about the product..... At the end of the day with a "latest version" it does exactly what is claimed, and I AM happy with it.......

Yes, It's not cheap... but mine certainly wont be gathering dust anytime soon......

Cheers

The main difference between your opinion and that of the majority that slag the product is that you know what your talking about because you've actually got one. :spoton:

Hi,

Im looking at purchasing the SS induction Growler for my 2003 Turbo

Has anyone got one fitted in their car?

Is it worth the 600 bux

Can you feel any difference in power?

Does it make it chew more juice when you put your foot down?

Is it more economical when driving on the highway for a long period of time, couldn't get mine under 10.4lt/100km on a long trip

Cheers

Adam
