Congratulations on the new clutch Steve

Good to hear Luke was able to lend a helping hand, sure makes it easier to get things done.

How is the weight of the manual 5 speed compared to the auto or the T56 Luke?

Well done guys, 18's look the picture as well, and those stripes   :spoton:

I had to double check to make sure it was a real gearbox...compared to the auto and the t56 it felt like it was made out of paper mache' and filled with cotton wool.... :spit:

Nah, then it would be stronger :omg:

Its a little embarrassing in the Bunnings car park when you are trying to control the clutch in the car park and it shudders like a biatch :omg:

I am having a problem with power steering however and I cant figure out why. I have checked tyre pressures and the fluid and it's all normal, but when stationary or moving slowly and turning the wheel the steering shudders... quite badly! The only thing different is the rims/tyres :spoton: any ideas?

It sounds like you have air in your power steering lines , did you move your wheels when it was in the air?? If so Do this take the cap off the power steering box and turn your your wheel left then right to the end on each, hold there for 10 seconds on each this will get rid off your shudder, the engine should be running and on the car on the ground while you do this.....

Goog work though I just couldnt be bothered doing mine I paid them to fit mine...

Run the clutch in properly and all wil be good !!!!!!

This must be why Ford tell me that I might get some shudder after every service. :spoton: But I never had much of a problem.

Hey Steve I think your whole car is going to shudder soon by the looks of that thing you are building in your boot!

:omg:
