My car up until the service has been going the best its ever been. Take the car home re-flash to 305rwkw tune and now the car feels less responsive and more sluggish, especially light throttle accelaration. It seems I need more throttle than before when cruising. I re-flashed again in case I flashed the wrong tune or something but its still the same. All hoses etc have been checked. Boost seems normal as per my gauge. What could Ford have possibly done for my car to feel like this.

Like you have already guessed it must be some "external" factor like a sensor failure or loose hose clamp. If your boost is the same as before you can safely eliminate the blow-off valve as being the problem.

I did put a 6psi tune in when I gave it to them for peace of mind. I put some tape over the socket where the edit plugs into saying do not flash and also I asked not to be flashed. My thoughts might be a faulty throttle position sensor as also sometimes when I put my foot down there is no response from my car for a second. Every time I go there I say my seat belt does not retract it needs to be replaced, all they do is try and clean it and it does SFA to fix the problem. They usually only flash them if you complain about the car running badly. A 45,000km service consists of:-tyre pressures-brake inspection-change air filter-change oil filter-change oil-top up fluids incl p/s and brake fluid and washer bottle-check light bulbs

And it would have been running pretty rich with the large injectors in any case
