A-Pillar B-Pillar fecked if I know what it's called but found a pic of what I'm after, in Wheels magazine editorial about Drift6. I'm after a twin guage holder on the pillar that meets the drivers side mirror. Here a photo -

Where can you buy em? Does any one have on? Do they colour match etc how much?

I thought it might be to do with the potential for injury if you headbut them in an accident. In theory if you are wearing your seatbelt you shouldn't hit them though, so I could be wrong!

Pillar gauges are illegal (at least in NSW), cops will book you for it in a heartbeat.

I think you will also find they would be a problem if your car has side airbags as they are deployed from the A pillar.

Side airbags actually deploy from the side seam of your seat
