Apparently some of the boost only gauges tick as they knock on the end of the gauge (whilst in vacuum).

I also find the vaccum side useful to see how economically you are driving (sounds a bit poofy), as well as the boost.

I installed the Autometer 6107 which is vacuum and boost.boost goes up to 20psi which shld b enough for majority of XR6T's.Mine is just above tweeter..post-5112-1149848419_thumb.jpgpost-5112-1149848707_thumb.jpg

very different... havent seen it placed there before.. most guys have it in the pod.... not a bad effort :spoton:

Thx Jet.I couldnt afford getting the extra gauge and pod at the time so I just ordered the 6107 and mounting cup from egauges.com and put it in that spot..
