Why Does Ford Have Different Versions

I have an old El Xr6 aswell, that didnt come in a different version, what about the AU? ... an XR6 was an XR6.. I bought it cause it was different to a normal falcon. It was the 'sportier' model. That was the whole point of having an Xr6... You bought one cause it was quicker and sportier than a normal Falcon.

The question was trying to ask why bring out a different engine to whats already supposed to be the sportier model?

As you have it now, a N/A XR6 is no longer a sportier model , it just looks better than a normal Falcon... 

If XR6 is supposed to be the sportier , quicker falcon then why not make all of them that way.. why tone it down ??

Yes Obviously its all about money, the benjamins, dinero...

but I think that Ford are almost selling the name of XR6 short by toning it down and not making it really more sportier than the average falcon..

You say what about the au well geuss what there was to versions of that was well the stanard verson and the one with the vct motor.

Also it is the same as giving people a chose of either auto or manaul.
