So basically, ive jumped ship and bought a BF a few months ago. Best decision I ever made. Ive done 4,500k's in 2 months and love driving on these cruises.Just wondering who else out there has seen the light and converted.

Max Power Member 381 Member For: 20y 6m 15d Location: MENAI, NSW Posted 06/06/06 09:41 AM Share Posted 06/06/06 09:41 AM Me.All my previous cars except for 1 (RX4) have been Holdens. In that mix, theres been standard and high performance sedans like a Brock VH SS Group3, HSV VXII Clubsport R8.The last (clubbie) was edited amongst other mods. After getting use to the extra power and wanting more, my tuner advised me that the next mods would be heads and cam; a very lumpy cam that drives like a pig and stalls when you lock the wheel and would fail emissions. So I looked to the T and couldnt be happier. Errr perhaps a V8 sound with a turbo. Just kidding.

Posted 06/06/06 10:01 AM Share Posted 06/06/06 10:01 AM I am a convert too...First car was a VK Berlina, then on to a couple of Japanese cars as they were more fuel efficient but always had my eye on the General's finest waiting for the day that I could afford another one... then I bought a HSV Senator complete with factory stroker, it was an excellent car but I quickly got bored of it and wanted more power and it was going to get very expensive very quickly if I went down the modifying path with that car, so I started looking for a VX Clubsport or Monaro, drove one and wasn't particularly overwhelmed with it's performace, so I thought how about an XR6 Turbo, my mates couldn't believe I was even looking at a Ford, they started calling me Lowndesy because I was thinking of switching from Expensive Daewoo to Ford... I took a T for a drive and was blown away by it, so that leads me to here and now... I now have a 300rwkw daily driver and couldn't be happier, I don't think I'll ever look back.Jack
