You could ask Mick (ms700) too, he's got monster Alcon brakes fitted to his ride.  Put simply, they look sensational.

I thought Mick had AP Racing.

I have the same Alcon calipers as used on the DJR car - 6 pot front and 4 pot rear.

I have 2 piece rotors: front is 355mm & rear 330.

The just fit with a 18" spare.

You can go 381mm rotors, but you'll need a 19" spare. I've seen these rotors with 6-pot Alcon on a Ute, and they easily the are the biggest I've seen.

A few other brake topics for you to read and give you a few ideas as follows.

I got quoted a bit over $1000 each for the Brembo 6 piston calipers including pads. At that price, I think I'll consider upgrading my 4 spots to 6 spots. No rotor change is needed.

Rear Brembo 4 spots are around $980each including pads, rotors are $325 each.

I don't really think the upgrade for the rear is warranted considering what the car has standard, but the fronts sound appealing.

Prices are from Barry Smith Motorsports in NSW.

Any brake kit not an OEM part will not be legal on your car without ADR 31/00 certification of compliance.
