Gooday, can anyone give me some feedback on the AWC fibreglass bonnet.

Some punk has decided to use my std XR6 bonnet as a dance floor and the dent master dude doubt it will ever look perfect again. Much appreciated.

Cheers.

carbon fibre ey... might be the only colour of car that actually looks good with it... ALL BLACK

its crossed my mind mate!!!!! I'm tempted by the carbo but never been a big fan since you always see it on white and other coloured cars. (and its not available according to the website)

Hey,

I have an XR8 Bonnet as well as the BF Tornado front bar fitted to my ute, all courtesy of AWC.

The front bar was a straight fit, however bonnet, even though it's on their now, took a lot of playing with to have it fit flush and looking how it should. I can't exactly remember what the delay was, or what was considered to be such a pain in the arse, but I'll have a word to the guys that fitted it for me and get back to you with answer.

The end result is awesome though, I love the look of the front bar and bonnet, makes the ute look harder than Governer of California with a hard on!!!

Will post pics too (of the ute)

Darren

I dont think the AWC bonnets are 100% carbon fibre, I think they are still fibreglass with a carbon sheet overlay.

100% pure carbon fibre bonnets would cost a fortune......
