I have a mk1 5 speed and was wondering what is the best price that I can get.Looking at the extreme clutch or Mal Wood stage 3.Maybe the site sponsors can jump in with help.I dont need an over the top clutch just one that can handle 300rwkw.ThanksAdrian

There may be cheaper options available but I swear by the Stage 4 unit I had in my 6-speed manual.

Held the power well, however it didnt like more power. I am not running a ceramic that is holding just over 320 without any issues.PS, if you go a ceramic on a std box, expect your box to have issues as mine did. Now im running a Stregthened T5 with hardened gears.
