Not knocking, just being realistic. Why bother spending more than half of what the cars worth on a ZF. Especially when it will probably be more trouble than its worth due to the complexity of the wiring. You have to see the size of the wiring looms to understand the complexity involved, and theres no gaurantee it will work.

All I am saying is that this may not be a purely economic decision, but a venture that the owner finds challenging :blink:

I'm going to try to convert my Premium ICC with std aircon. to the dual CC version with all the trimmings :msm::pinch:

Easy - NO - Possible - HOPEFULLY :fool:

Couldn't buy this option when I bought my car (it's too old), but I will have some fun trying to convert it.

It's more about the process than the end result :spit:

why dont you strengten the exisitng auto through the transmission specialists. kewish seems to be on here a lot.

I am sure that it will be a lot better than a st zf box and be a cheaper option
