If your engine is worked hard, then for piece of mind and ensuring max perfromance, then you would rather change the oil and filter sooner than later. Even after a big weekend, or a track day, its an idea to change it.The regular 15k service intervals is just too long, and relistically for the Turbo engines should be 10k in the service books. Sooo 7,500k is fair enough. Also it doesnt matter if your oil is black, its not going to stay the dull red colour forever, but rub it between your fingers and if the stuffs still smooth and viscous then its doing its job. In the end I went 0W-40 like Geo.What's the difference mean for our motors (apart from the obvious ratings)?Oh, I also do 7500 changes no later
