ford number 1 can you tell me where and what type of valve spings you had installed in your xr6t..

Do yourself a favour and only use nizpro valve springs, I and a few others I know of have learnt the hard way :stirthepot: about $270 +fitting

Would some have an email address for these guys or know of someone in Adelaide who sells them, as trying to phone during the day is just too hard for me with work at the moment

Sam I was meant to get the nizpro springs but they didnt turn up in time.I ended up getting the Atomic springs instead.They were a little more expensive($335) but not too much.All up supplied and fitted by MRC in Castle Hill was $795..

ford number 1 are the atomics better than the nizpro sptings.. as bloosted said I dont want to pay for something which is not going to do the job properly...

Just picked my car up from c&v and the actuator has been upgraded.. the car was in and out in two hours.. great bunch of blokes and very down to earth..... now looking for the car to get re-tuned.. thanks to everybody for providing me with the information needed... cheers
