Hi All

I had a run @ Willowbank last night (one only) after waiting 3.5 hrs (due to competitors for Winter Nationals being given preference and mulitple oil downs).

Stock BF Typhoon 6 spd Auto with a K&N Filter the only mod (if you can call it a mod). Factory Dunlops on factory 19's (running 40psi) and 85kg driver.

98ron 10% Ethanol blend fuel (half a tank)

Track temp 17deg

Ambient temp 13deg

58% Humidity

Stalling up to about 2000 rpm

Reaction time 0.669 (not that it matters here)

60ft 2.007

330ft 5.571

660ft 8.483 @ 84.52mph

1000ft 10.970

E.T. 13.066 @ 107.48mph (172.97kph)

Dyno'd in third gear 237.5 rwkw, fourth gear 223.4 rwkw (I think from memory). There's no 1:1 ratio in the 6spd auto so it's a bit hard to compare against others.

This is only the second time I've run this car, previous best was 13.33 @ 106mph and 22deg ambient. The car felt quick enough to go 12.99 if I'd had some more runs. Not bad for a stock 'phoon hey!!!  :msm:  :spoton:

Big AL

PS I'd post up the dyno sheets and Timeslips but I don't know how to. Sorry.

Nice one Al. :spoton:

Gotta laugh though, even this short story was a little verbose.

At least it didn't include "to cut a long story short". :stirthepot:

so do you have a T, or an F6??

I'm afraid it's only a T should have been a F6 but the budget wouldn't stretch quite far enough. I would change my avatar if knew how, maybe one of the mods can help me with that.

Cheers Chris

in that case its a super time :stirthepot: ... I thought the f6 would of been a bit quicker with a tune only, but for a T, that's super effort :msm:
