Hey Fast 1, it must be our names!!!

I've been trying to sell mine (in Melbourne) for ages and had a few bites but no-one ever turned up to actually have a look.

Mine's a 2005 MK2 manual with a lot of good gear.

I'm moving as well in another 6 months and it really has to go.

I was probably asking a bit much to start with but as it had only done 25,000k at the time I thought it was reasonable. Now it's done over 27,000k I guess the price will come down to suit.

Lots of luck to ya mate, I hope you sell it soon, :spoton: I know what it's like.

thanks mate!

not sure what happens with the nsw rego in vic....I dont think it can be transfered. any questions email me fast1@optusnet.com.au

I bought a car from NSW and took it into Vic about 9 months ago. You can't transfer the rego, you have to cash in the remainder of the NSW rego and then register it again in Vic. No real drama.

Just a suggestion chuck it on carsales you only have to pay 10 bucks and it stays on until sold, plus you get 10 pics to upload I think. I know you probably don't wanna hear this but if u want a mega quick sale you've pretty much got to be willing to give it away advertise it for 23 or 24K and I reckon it will be sold by the weekend.

Good luck with it :kissmy:

ps sorry if you have already done this.
