Not sure if some of you remember but there was a problem with some old Yellow and black NSW numberplates in that the yellow paint they used started to fade and flake off.So my old man is getting his caravan re registered (Damn slow caravan drivers) and he gets pulled up bout the number plate with the inspector advising to get a replacement. So my dad goes to the RTA and they charge him for a new plate!!! This stinks in my opinion. Why should he have to pay for something that has stuffed up through no fault of his. Can anyone suggest any good areas. When you go to the RTA, can you get a new colour? Mine is currently caucasian however, I would like to try a black one.
